okgo's weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings. Your tier's cashback rate is then applied to that net loss. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. This cashback is credited to your account every Monday.

VIP tier at okgo depends on your regular playing activity. The more consistently you play and stay active on your account, the sooner you can move up to the next tier. Diamond members receive the highest weekly cashback of 0.8% — the most of any tier. In addition, Diamond members get priority support, exclusive offers and personalised promotions. Members at higher tiers also receive extra attention during the withdrawal process.
Generally, weekly cashback at okgo is calculated automatically and credited to your account at the end of each week. However, for certain specific promotions you may need to contact live chat to claim it. The cashback process begins once your tier is confirmed.
